1. Scope of Services & Portfolio
This website (https://noxportlabs.com) provides technical documentation, architectural specifications, and deterministic in-browser workbenches for the five software projects in the Noxport Labs portfolio: Noxport AI Exporter, AnswerBell AI, YouTube → Gem, Vitalis Health Studio, and CardioLab Workstation.
Standalone Noxport AI Exporter Pro license tokens (NOX1.<payload>.<signature>) are fulfilled via the Noxport Encrypted Checkout terminal on /pricing#checkout. Official customer support and key recovery contact: [email protected].
2. Standalone Noxport AI Exporter License Scope
Noxport Pro entitlements (PRO_ANNUAL, PRO_LIFETIME, and CREDIT_PACK) apply exclusively to the Noxport AI Exporter Chrome Extension (Division I) and are fulfilled with an offline Ed25519 NOX1 key for local verification inside Noxport AI Exporter v3.0.4.226. Other Noxport Labs R&D projects remain separate previews and are not included in or sold under Noxport Pro.
3. Non-Medical & Research-Only Notice (Vitalis and CardioLab)
Vitalis and CardioLab—and their interactive fixtures on this website—are engineering, educational, and research tools for inspecting structured JSON-RPC schemas and synthetic physiological waveforms. They are not medical devices, have not been cleared or approved by the FDA, EMA, or any regulatory authority, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, or prevent any disease or health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical evaluation because of any information or visualization presented on this website.
4. Interactive Demonstrations Provided “As Is”
The interactive fixtures on this site operate on pre-recorded sample inputs to illustrate how each product handles structured data and edge-case warnings. They are provided on an “as is” basis for evaluation and architectural review without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

SECTION 05 · DIGITAL CONTENT DELIVERY, EU ARTICLE 16(M) WAIVER & 180-DAY REFUND POLICY
Immediate Offline Key Execution & Statutory Refund Terms
1. Immediate Digital Execution (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m)): Noxport AI Exporter Pro licenses are delivered as stateless, cryptographically signed offline Ed25519 tokens (NOX1.<payload>.<signature>) that verify 100% locally inside your browser without calling a remote activation or revocation server. Because a minted offline cryptographic token cannot be remotely revoked once disclosed on screen or dispatched by email, initiating checkout constitutes your express request for immediate performance of the digital contract and acknowledgment that the statutory 14-day EU cooling-off right of withdrawal is extinguished upon issuance of the NOX1 certificate pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m).
2. Technical Defect Resolution, Duplicate Charges & 180-Day Acquirer Window: Because all 6 Basic Formats and the interactive Before/After AST workbenches are available free of charge prior to purchase, we encourage prospective buyers to evaluate the software before upgrading. However, if you experience an accidental duplicate charge, an unfulfilled payment, or a verifiable technical defect that prevents token verification in the current release (v3.0.4.226) and cannot be resolved by engineering support within 5 business days, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] with your Order ID. In accordance with international card acquirer rules (Unlimint / CardPay), approved card refunds are processed back to the original payment instrument within a maximum window of 180 calendar days from the original transaction date.
